Shipping and delivery charges are based on recipient zip code. Payment Options Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover through Paypal.com.

Can I pay by check or money order?

We do not currently accept checks or money orders for online or phone purchases. We do, however, accommodate them by mail. After receiving your check or money order, we will fill your order. Please include the following information when mailing your in order:
  • Product choice E-mail address Delivery date Card message, please include how the card is to be signed
  • Recipient's name, address and phone number
  • Your name, address and phone number
Please make your check or money order payable to "My Island Flavor, llc" for the complete product amount, including shipping costs. Final cost can be found on your invoice.

How do I modify or change an order?
After you submit your order, you may make alterations anytime up to 12:00pm prior to the scheduled ship or delivery date. If any of our products fail to meet your freshness expectations, please call or email us so that we can discuss if and exchange or credit is appropriate. Sorry, but we cannot guarantee orders for which we are given an incorrect address, or shipping delays due to weather conditions. Incorrect addresses will be charged an additional $10 to re-route. We value customer loyalty and want you and your gift recipient to be delighted with our products.
